April 21, 2009, Haines Borough Public Library Reading Room Work session: 6:00 PM Meeting: 7:10 PM A work session {Download} will be convened at 6:00 PM in the Public Reading Room at the Haines Borough Public Library. The purpose of the worksession is to develop a list of projects eligible for funding through the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant of $50,000.00 allocated to the Haines Borough. The Commission intends to submit a list of projects to the Haines Borough Manager for consideration. The Commission may want to add Energy Performance Contracts (EPC) with an Energy Service Company (ESCO) to a list of recommendations for the Manager and the Assembly.
